We will cover physiology of birth, relaxation techniques for labor, birth plans, baby care, and much more.

There will be a bonus class for those interested in natural parenting techniques such as baby wearing, cloth diapers, co-sleeping…

This class is for ladies only. Packets will be sent home for dads to go through and videos are available for borrowing.

Instructor certified through the International Childbirth Educators Association as an educator and a doula/doula trainer.
