Experience a vibrant dining experience curated by Remy Lefebvre, Chef de Cuisine at Butcher’s Block (Raffles Singapore) and Cesar De Leon Torres, Chef de Cuisine at STK Doha.
Both Chefs will be serving unique dishes and will explore the use of wood and hay to deliver exquisitely grilled meats imbued with both flavour and texture while allowing the natural quality of the premium produce to shine. Varying the heat intensity and controlling the exposure of the ingredients to different parts of the grill further allow the talented duo to elevate pieces of choice meats and even seafood and vegetables, into delectable morsels.
In collaboration with Chef Remy Lefebvre, we have curated an exclusive menu that will showcase unique cooking techniques.
We have selected artisan farms around the world to select special cuts. Guests will be also able to enjoy our new creative menu featuring rib eye & truffle cream, kale & quinoa salad, Pulpo Acapulco and the world-class Japanese A5 Hida beef, exclusive to STK in Qatar, among others. Since its opening in February, STK Doha has taken the city by storm to offer new flavours showcasing prime cuts and seafood”, shares Executive Chef Satish Yerramilli.
