Oryx Rotana Hotel invites you for an unforgettable culinary journey led by the Spanish chef Angel Zapata Martin. From May 14th – 22nd, Chef Angel will be presenting the newest culinary trend from the Mediterranean sea and his passion for the Spanish cuisine at Oryx Rotana’s restaurants, The Cellar and Choices.

Chef Angel Zapata Martin is well known for his experiences in Spain and the Middle East. He has worked in different kinds of restaurant, Michelin star, international, traditional restaurants in various hotels. Currently appointed as the executive sous chef at Destino Ibiza Pacha Resort, he oversees selected dining venues.

Experience an authentic Spanish food and vino designed by a renowned chef who flew all the way from Spain.

Program of the Spanish Week at the Cellar:

* X'Press Lunch and Dinner (Daily)

Indulge in a three-course set menu with Spanish flare including a large variety of starters, main dishes and desserts for only QR 95 per person for lunch and QR 155 per person for dinner guaranteed to be served in 60 minutes.

Don’t miss to try the best Crianzas and Gran Reserva wines from la Rioja or Ribera del Duero.

* Pintxos (Every night)

Have some delightful bites and get a set of three pintxos for only QR 65 per person. Top it off with our famous Sangria from 7:00PM to 11:00PM.

* Spanish TapBrunch (Friday noon)

Try our unique concept TapBrunch for QR 175 (food only) per person and top it off with our beverage package including Unlimited Sangria, Agua de Valencia, selected vinos and cervezas for QR 275 per person, from 12:30PM to 4:00PM.

* Spanish Tapas Galore (Tuesday and Saturday night)

Enjoy our selection of tantalizing tapas with unlimited selected wines for only QR 320 per person. Unlimited Tapas galore for QR 190 (food only) per person from 7:00PM to 11:00PM.

* Spanish Brunch White Party (Saturday May 16th)

The White Party of the month featuring chef Angel Zapata Martin! Oryx Rotana proudly presents the Spanish Brunch for QR 225 (food only) per person or top it off with our beverage package including Unlimited Sangria or Agua de Valencia at QR 325 per person, from 12:30PM to 4:00PM.
