We meet at 4PM at Al Meera Al Thakhira, from where we head deep into the desert of Al Thakhira. Before going into the kayaks, we will provide American Coast Guard certified life-jackets, as well as, a mandatory paddling lesson. After which, we will assist you to launch kayaks from the beach (you can ride a single or a double). We will take you in the mangroves channel where you will be given a tour about the area, its history and significance of mangroves in the eco-system. In the end, we will head back to the beach.
PS: PORTABLE TOILET, CHANGING ROOM, WATER, JUICE, ELECTRICITY ARE AVAILABLE!
BBQ set up:
We provide carpets, chairs, pillows, tables, charcoals, tools etc. People would have to bring their own food to grill.
African Drumming:
An african drumming session at the beach will be held by a music teacher. We provide drums for 25 people at a time. It will last for about an hour!
