Join us at the new exciting site of Fuwairit where we explore the hidden mangroves channel of this site that has a historic importance and significance to the Founders of Qatar with lush green Mangroves forest, birdlife, a talk on Turtles Nesting program in Qatar and marine life. Oh, and did we forget to mention that White Sandy Beach?

Facilities provided:
- Portable Toilet
- Changing Rooms
- Water / Juices / Tea (depending on the weather)
- Chairs to sit

Off-road caution:
The place to get to the kayak launch site is about 500m off-road which does not necessarily need a 4x4 or an SUV car; however, it is recommended.

What to expect?
A hidden channel, white sand, migratory birds and an occasional jumping fish! The tranquility on this site is something that can't be put into words but only experienced.

Tour details:
15 minutes training + meet / greet
90 minutes kayak tour (explaining the mangroves and the history of Fuwairet)
15 minutes stop at the Turtle Nesting site
45 minutes stop back at the launch site - this is where you can also swim and enjoy the beach.

Kayaks, life-jackets and paddles are provided.

This is a NATURE RESERVE, therefore, please note:
- Bring your own water bottle to reduce use of plastic (extras are provided regardless)
- Bring snorkels to enhance your experience underwater while at the camp
- PLEASE do not litter
- Please understand the fact that more humans in this area can actually damage the spot, therefore, it is advised to leave as soon as you are done with your experience
- PLEASE do not make bbq / bonfire in that area - there are other places around where you can go and do so and our team will point you to the right direction
- Please bring your own masks and do not litter the masks in the sea
- Please remain calm and maintain silence - do not bring speakers or play music in the car. While in the channels, please remain silent
