Heenat Salma is an initiative dedicated to holistic methods in agriculture, architecture, and community development.
Their sumptuous six-course Suhoor menu includes an array of slow-cooked local, Mediterranean, and Levantine dishes, all made with their organic farm produce, signature spices, and handpicked aromatic herbs served along with hot and cold beverages. Their snack menu is a curated assortment of nourishing sweet and savoury delicacies and refreshing beverages.
