The purpose of this camp is to empower young people who are passionate about the environment and want to play a meaningful role in changing their communities.
Participants will learn to appreciate waste as a resource and how to improve the use of resources such as paper, plastic, and electronics. They will understand how waste is generated and why it should be managed.
The camp will do this through exploring the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development and its 17 SDGs on waste management as well as uncovering the world of social entrepreneurship.
