The Qatar Youth Power Conference is the first and only student-initiated conference in Qatar to develop, connect and empower the youth of Qatar to positively impact their communities through learning from Qatar’s change-makers.

After the virtual conference impacted the youth of Qatar to such a high extent, they are now so excited to bring you the QYP Conference 2022 in person and to see even more youth in Qatar empowered to lead and take initiative locally and globally for positive change! The QYP Conference is being put together by 7 teenage high-schoolers.

Notable guests who will be speaking and presenting workshops at the event include:

• Mr. Hamad Al Amari (The Qatari Guy), Comedian, producer, entrepreneur

• Dr. Mohamed Evren Tok, Assistant Dean of Innovation and Community Engagement and Associate Professor of Islam and Global Affairs and founder of Maker Majlis

• Ms. Fatima El Mahdi, Head of THIMUN Qatar

• Mr. Neeshad Shafi, climate activist, co-founder and executive director of Arab Youth Climate Movement Qatar

• Mr. Massimiliano Montanari, CEO of the International Centre for Sport Security
