Submit “hiling”/ wish in a form of letter with details: - Name of sender - Address of sender - For whom is the hiling / wish - Why you choose the wish to be granted - Details of the hiling / wish Remaining “hiling” will still have chance to be granted since the “Munting Hiling will become regular program of our group where we grant wishes as frequent as we can and as we can afford.
