This group meeting is the Introduction for the celebration of World Humanitarian Day on August 19,2014. World Humanitarian Day is a time to recognize those who face danger.The day was designated by the General Assembly to coincide with the anniversary of the 2003 bombing of the United Nations headquarters in Baghdad,Iraq. 19 August,2014 marks 11 years since that tragig event which claimed 22 lives.
