Qatar Rail, which is overseeing the construction of the country’s integrated railway network, is proud to participate in the 32nd Gulf Traffic Week which is taking place in Doha from 13^th – 17^th March at Darb Al Saie.

Qatar Rail is supporting this important initiative as part of the company’s contribution to Qatari society. Once completed, the integrated railway system will play a major role in reducing traffic in the country.

GCC Traffic Week activities are being held from 8am until noon and 4pm until 10pm.

The Gulf Traffic Week represents the on-going collaboration adopted by GCC countries in their attempt to eliminate traffic accidents and attain the highest levels of road safety as well as providing an opportunity for participants to exchange information and continue to work towards achieving the desired road safety objectives. During the event there will also be a Military parade, police canine show, classic and modern car exhibition, traffic village for children and stage performances by school students.(image)
