In collaboration with Little Thinking Minds, the Children’s Library is pleased to announce the Summer Reading Challenge! Seize what is left of the summer and encourage your kids to read. Summer reading helps avoid summer reading loss, better known as the summer slide. Challenge finishers will receive special prizes to enjoy, including various books to read and own, coupons, certificates, and more.

The contest will run from 1 to 21 August 2021.

How to register for this challenge:

• Applicants must be between 9 and 11 years old
• The applicant must have a Library membership
• Complete the registration form here, and be sure to use a valid phone number and email address

Steps to follow:

• ِAfter you submit the registration form, you will see a confirmation message that contains a link where you can download the Summer Reading Challenge brochure
• Start reading and filling out the Summer Reading Challenge brochure from 1 to 21 August 2021.
• After you have finished reading and filling out the Summer Reading Challenge brochure, please email the brochure to [email protected] on or before 21 August 2021.
• To win the challenge, you must complete the activities: reading, watching, answering questions correctly and filling in the resource fields.

Winners will be announced in September.
