We are happy to welcome everyone to participate in our 8^th Annual Celebration:

“Success & Wellness”, for International Women’s Day, 8^th of March. Put comfortable clothes and come and celebrate with us, In Aspire, Aspire Ladies Club, opposite Villaggio Entrance 4.

It will be a special, innovative event that you don’t want to miss, devoted to bringing awareness to all women in Qatar that success at work is connected to balanced, healthy living that starts from a healthy/fit body. Working on connecting and building strength in your body can build more mental strength as well and inspire you to be more successful.There will be prominent, local personalities to be awarded in our award ceremony, so we can be inspired from some of the best. Also we will have our big surprise, our keynote speaker, a prominent, local personality who is HWW’s role model for leading a holistic healthy life.

Program of the Event

15:30 – 16:00 registration/networking/refreshments

16:00 – 16:30 Surprise Keynote Speaker – Local Prominent Personality, Our role Model for Success and Wellness.

16:30 – 18:30 Certificates of Appreciation, get inspired from some of the best prominent, local personalities for their community service and for their inspiring, success story.

18:30 – 21:00 Workshop on Creating the Confidence of a Leader through working with your Body.

Learning Activities:

• Learn a unique, stretching/breathing exercise regime that will help you improve your posture and confidence.
• Learn a powerful visualisation technique that will help improve your posture and confidence.

·Learn the body language and power poses of powerful, professional people.

·Learn a few key self-defence moves that will introduce you to the world of martial arts and show you how similar activities can build your confidence.

The Admission fee for the event is 250 QR. Please RSVP 3 days before, as this is a limited attendance event. Fees will go to support our complimentary counseling program.
