Star Wars Activation Booth
Date: December 12, 2019 – January 12, 2020
Timing: 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM

INFORMATION FOR PARENTS
• Star Wars Activation Booth is open for all ages and is free of charge (no purchase required).
• Registration is required to participate in the activation booth.
• After registration, entry to the activation booth is on a first come, first serve.
• Children below 6 years must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
• There are a total of 8 zones inside the Star Wars Activation Booth.
• Maximum of 10 participants can enter the activity zone per batch.
• Each batch can stay for maximum of 5 minutes per zone.
• Festival City Kids Club Members will be given priority access to the activity zone.

SAFETY GUIDELINES
• Do not destroy or remove any items from the activity zone.
• Be careful of others in the activity zone.
• Children who play rough will be asked to leave immediately by our activity staff.
• No food or drinks allowed inside the venue.
• Do not leave your children unattended inside the zone.

PLEASE NOTE
The event is being photographed and recorded. Your participation in the event is your express agreement to the use of your photographs and videos taken at the event area on DHFC’s online and offline publications i.e. social media, website, magazine, newsletters.

Waiting time prior to entry depends on the number of people standing in the queue.

Your registration to the event is your express agreement to the use of your name and photograph in any marketing material from Doha Festival City. Any personal data relating to the participant i.e. Name, Contact Number, Email Address will be used solely for marketing purposes and will not be disclosed to a third party without the participant’s prior consent.

Doha Festival City reserves the right to amend the activity Terms & Conditions without prior notice.

Activity staff has the authority to refuse access to the activity zone for any reason that may compromise the safety of the child.

By entering the activity zone, parents/guardians take responsibility for their children; and acknowledge Doha Festival Mall and partners Release of Liability.

This assumption of risk, waiver and release of Liability covers all activities in the Zone at Doha Festival City Mall.
