Come celebrate Valentine's on Banana Island by taking care of the most important person in the world: YOU. This is your opportunity to breathe, reconnect to yourself and do the things that make you happy. We will start our day with a yoga and meditation practice on the beach, making the most of this beautiful weather. Once your body is fully relaxed, we will enjoy a sound journey with instruments from around the world: Tibetan singing bowls, Latin-American seeds, Chinese gongs, and HangDrum. This event is carefully designed to help you remember the truth: everything you're looking for is already inside your heart. Self-Love is the missing key.
