The first half of this event will be the introduction and making and decorating a candle from scratch. The second half of this workshop will be a guided workshop held by Life Coach, Charis Maguire. Charis will teach you about self-love, learning to love yourself by overcoming limiting beliefs, and creating strategies for self-love.
You will be given a journal to guide you, and you can complete this throughout the workshop. You will then be able to leave the workshop feeling empowered, with a candle and journal to keep. Please note that this workshop will be in English.
