The Soleil Project, in collaboration with Hiraya — collaborative movement with & by Filipino creators, goes to Education City for its DIY Paint-by-Number sessions:

* Limited kits available. Advanced reservation is required. Walk-ins are permitted. However, painting kits are subject to availability.
