A collective exhibition showing different experiments for prayer carpet design made by local designers and VCU students, aiming to give the public a chance to look at prayer rugs differently. The exhibition include the work of six finalists who entered the prayer rug design competition organized last year by The Materials Library at Virginia Commonwealth University along with the work of VCU-MFA student that was produced as part of their 5-day workshop in the Netherlands in 2017. The exhibition is taking place at the gallery in Minartein (Education City Mosque Building).
