Shop Qatar organisers have announced that the Majid Al Muhandes concert that was due to take place on 20January at the Qatar National Convention Centre has been postponed until 7 February 2017.

Fans will be able to enjoy the Iraqi artist’s talent at the Shop Qatar closing ceremony, which is due to be held at the OASIS at Mall of Qatar on 7 February 2017 following the final raffle draw.

Those who have already purchased concert tickets through Virgin Megastores (both online and in person) and Platinumlist.net will be provided with full refunds and complimentary tickets to the Hussein Al Jassmi concert in the same ticket category.

Concert goers who made their purchases online will receive their refund confirmation and complimentary tickets electronically, using the email address provided at the time of their purchase. Those who bought their tickets in store can obtain a refund and complimentary tickets by revisiting the branch from which they made their purchase.

The Hussein Al Jassmi concert, which is due to take place on 27 January 2017, will go ahead as planned at the Qatar National Convention Centre.

Iraqi singer Majid AlMuhandes, winner of the prestigious Murex D’or award for Best Arab Singer, will perform at the ‘Arabic Night’ that is set to take place on Friday 20^th January at the Qatar National Convention Centre theatre. On Friday 27^th January Emirati superstar Hussain AlJassmi, will take to the same stage to headline the ‘Khaleeji Night’ and serenade fans with a selection of his best-known hits.

Tickets for both Shop Qatar live music concerts are now on sale at all branches of Virgin Megastores in Qatar and can be purchased online through the store’s website as well as at platinumlist.net. Tickets start at QAR 120 in the bronze category and are available at QAR 250, 500, 1,000 and 1,250 in the silver, gold, platinum and royal categories respectively.
