The Cultural village Foundation – Katara- is organizing “Halal Hal Qatar” Festival for the 3^rd successive year which is related to Grazing sheep (goats and sheep).

This original event reveals the deep vision of Katara of culture concept, as it will include different activities and events, as well as a display of crafts, traditional food, pictures, popular games and old songs, in addition to local and gulf kid’s games and competitions.

This carnival will present three main activities:

- Al-Mazaiyn : is a show of beauty for goats and sheep, there will be prize for the first 5.

- Al-Mazad (public sale): selling groups of livestock through auction.

- Al-Izab: group of barns, each contain different kind of livestock, the visitor will be able to know it and see it closely.

The carnival will host also side expo, which is containing handcrafts, traditional food, photographing gallery, traditional games and old songs. The owners of livestock will participate in the carnival in order to help the visitor to know about the livestock and its kinds. Also there will be a Veterinarian to explain how to keep your animal healthy and the diseases that the animal might be exposed to.

In the carnival, a traditional old Qatari house will be presented a way to show how Qataris were living before. Also there is the traditional market, which is containing the rest tents which is serving Arabic coffee. Traditional coffee shop. Kids area. Hand made goods made in Qatar by Qataris.
