many of us expatriates who arrive in Qatar for work struggle to understand our cultural environments and despite some effort to read, research and try to understand the culture, ideology and way of life of our host nation, we are still influenced by cultural taboos, stereotypes and inaccurate assumptions about people, religious beliefs and behavior. Recognizing the need to address cultural gaps and to build communication bridges between the expatriate and the national community, Embrace Qatar has taken the task of cultural integration upon itself through cultural awareness sessions to introduce Qatari culture to the expatriate community, enabling you to experience Qatari way of life and to ask direct questions and get your answer from this mixed group of bright young Qataris, male and female and get a true insight into your local environment, helping you do better in Qatar, both in your personal and social lives.

The event includes a light dinner of Qatari food, Arabic Coffee and Sweets.
