Fire Station: Artist in Residence is hosting a special workshop for school children with renowned Panamanian artist Eduardo Navarro in collaboration with the Embassy of Panama. The workshops will take place on 14 and 15 May at the Annex Fire Station from 9 am to 12 pm.
Consisting of two sessions, the 14th for boys and the 15th for girls, students will have the opportunity to learn from Eduardo Navarro's creative world and explore their own artistic abilities. During the workshops, Navarro will guide the students through a creative process that involves exploring different mediums such as painting, sculpture, and performance.
Eduardo Navarro is one of Panama's most renowned artists, known for his unique and rebellious works that draw inspiration from various themes. His works have been displayed in galleries and museums around the world, receiving prestigious awards and medals.
In attendance will be Kirvyn Vargas (Diplomatic Attaché of the Embassy of Panama in Doha), as well as Eduardo Navarro (the Artist). For any interview requests, kindly contact Hanan Saif.
