The International Academy for Intercultural Development (IAID) starts the year off with events that bring the Qatar community together in a holistic and fun experience of the arts!

Art lovers are invited to the Opening of the Arts Exhibition entitled “21 Aspirants” to be held on 5th February 2011 (Saturday) at 4:00pm (Venue: IAID premises).

The exhibition brings together the art works of 21 artists of different ages. Their work will show the different mediums of painting on canvas, expressing beautiful thoughts and significant insights that only artists can show in full color.

This 3-day arts exhibition will also feature special workshops on significant art styles and techniques designed to bring out the artistic streak of its participants. The event activities are as follows;

6 February 2011, Sunday
9:00am - 9:00pm Open House Art Exhibit
5:30 - 7:30pm Free Workshop, for 7 years & above
"Still Life Watercolor Painting"

7 February 2011, Monday
9:00am - 9:00pm Open House Art Exhibit
