The ILoveQatar.net (ILQ) team had the chance to visit the Al Wakrah branch of Fuel Specialty Coffee and what a treat it was. Before we delve into that, let's tell you a little bit about specialty coffee.
Speciality coffee is made with the finest quality coffee beans, a precision that’s unique to the world of coffee, a specific roasting time that brings out the taste and the flavour of the beans. The roasting is handled by a master roaster who knows the beans and what makes a specialty coffee.

The new breakfast menu has been launched and one of the best things is that it's available every day till 3 pm, so whenever you feel you need to 'fuel' up your body, head on over to this beautiful coffee place and order from their variety of new breakfast items.
You'll find some unique dishes on the menu and also some favourites that have been revamped. The Avo Burrata Toast (a soft and fresh smash hit), the 24-hour slow-cooked short ribs on muffins (a tasty winner all the way), the Turkish Zaatar Bowl, the Fuel Honey pancakes (an absolute fluffy and sweet best-seller), and the Caramel French Toasts (a top star breakfast treat) are just what you need to 'Fuel' up for the day.
The new breakfast menu is definitely a winner, but that doesn't mean the other items on the menu aren't delicious and should be missed. Everything on the menu is top-notch including the pastries, croissants, yoghurts and sandwiches.
The beverages, hot or cold, are simply out of this world. No matter which beverage you pick, whether it's the Charcoal, Signature, Gibraltar, Espresso, Cold Brew, or the Spanish Latte, one thing you can be sure of is that it's been made from the finest quality coffee beans by one of Fuel's expert Baristas with love, and this love can be tasted in every sip.
