After a fun-filled week at the Qatar International Food Festival (QIFF), Mama Baba Ganoush is back, and in this episode of our foodie series, I meet the MasterChef and global star of Indian cuisine – Sanjeev Kapoor.
An acclaimed chef and entrepreneur with a growing empire including a TV channel, YouTube channel, over 200 cookbook title, plus a string of restaurants around the globe, Chef Sanjeev is a busy man!
Recently here for the QIFF, Sanjeev also dropped by to check on his eponymous restaurant – Signature by Sanjeev Kapoor located at the Meliá Doha. Serving up contemporary Indian cuisine with a twist is what Sanjeev is famous for, and Signature is a culinary delight. From the mouth-watering Lemongrass Butter Chicken, to Nalli Rogan Josh, there’s a generous range of Indian classics.
