Qatar finally has an authentic ramen shop with a Japanese chef to boot. The noodles they use are from Japan. They offer three kinds of broth to choose from - Shoyu, Shio, and Tori Paitan. Each serving comes with two free toppings such as green onion, sweet corn, grated garlic, chicken charshu, spicy green onion, fried garlic, butter, and ajitama (ramen egg).
The restaurant is quite compact and they're currently open for dine-in only. Prior booking is required.
The family-friendly Japanese restaurant franchise currently has two locations in Qatar. They have a selection of four kinds of ramen - Chicken Chashu, Gyoza, Niku, and Veggie.
Chicken Chashu ramen includes shoyu egg, the Gyoza ramen includes pan-fried chicken dumplings in soy-based soup, the Niku ramen has beef chunks, ajitama egg, bok choy, and beef stock while the veggie ramen includes assorted fresh vegetables in homemade vegetarian soup stock.
The restaurant chain from UK offering a Pan-Asian menu has ten Japanese-inspired ramen to choose from - Chicken, Chili Chicken, Chili Beef, Wagamama, Kare Burosu, Chicken Itame, Prawn Itame, Yasai Itame, Chili Prawn + Kimchee, and Tantanmen Beef Brisket. All of their ramen are served in a traditional black bowl.
A trendy and modern Japanese restaurant in The Pearl Qatar, MEGU also offers ramen on its menu. You can choose from two kinds of broth - Shoyo or Spicy Miso. Megu's Shoyo which is a soy-based soup comes with vegetables such as asparagus, enoki mushrooms, sweet corn, carrots, and Chinese cabbage along with nori. The Spicy Miso ramen can be topped with chicken, shrimp, or beef and includes, boiled egg, coriander, asparagus, mushrooms, and nori.
Popular for its sushi conveyor belt and traditional tatami seating, Oishi Sushi has three types of ramen - Shoyu, Miso, and Seafood. The Shoyu ramen comes with sliced beef, mixed vegetables, and boiled egg in soy paste chicken soup while the Miso ramen includes roasted chicken with mixed vegetables and boiled egg with miso paste. Seafood ramen has mixed seafood, vegetables, and Oishi Sushi's special soup.
Ramen Street delivers "Handcrafted Ramen Kits" straight to your home. They currently have four flavors - New Wave Tokyo Shoyu Ramen (soy-sauce based), Sapporo Miso Ramen (miso-based), Sunset Red Tantanmen Ramen (sesame-based), and Vegan Tonkotsu Ramen (miso & sesame-based vegan).
