Al Hubara Restaurant’s new one-of-a-kind Friday Table Brunch stands out because of the refreshing, fresh produce that features extensively in each and everyone one of its food items that will take your appetite around the world in just three and a half hours.
The menu is extensive and Al Hubara has made it a point to include all of your favourite dishes from its regular Friday Brunch. You can enjoy unlimited servings of a wide selection of gastronomic delights featuring a world of cuisines. Believe me, you’ll be spoiled for choice!
From the starters that include shrimp cocktail, tomato mozzarella, Arabian cold and hot mezze. and sushi it was hard to decide which starter was the best. Each one had its own distinct flavour and each one was artistically presented to look and taste pleasing to the palate.
From the soups that include a slow-cooked flavourful Arabic Shorbat Adas and a delicate mushroom soup, it was hard not to take second helpings.
From the main courses, that included the succulent mix grill made up of seafood, chicken and lamb with roasted vegetables, French fried and Basmati rice, the buttery goodness of the Butter Chicken and the Vegetable Salona that was simple, and yet, so delicious, and the creamy penne pasta with saucy goodness, each dish was perfectly presented and full of the rich flavours that are the trademark of Al Hubara Restaurant.
From the desserts that include Sheraton Grand Doha’s famous Umm Ali baked to perfection for the people who come from all over to enjoy and the other mini desserts that were beautifully decorated and decadent in taste.
Hats off to Chef Danish Merchant who has added his personal touch to each piece de la résistance on the menu and has made the Al Hubara Restaurant the talk of the town.
