Greek restaurant Santorini, and Argentinian steakhouse Fuego, join forces with Sridan’s exciting live cooking stations to offer guests a global gastronomic tour. Diners can enjoy Western BBQ favourites; delicious dishes from India and Southeast Asian; authentic Argentinian meats and ribs cooked on the asado; Mediterranean seafood and chilled lobster; Moroccan pastilla; Arabic ouzi; Greek moussaka; European artisanal cheese; and so much more.

Kids and adults alike will be thrilled with the new live sweet corner, which serves up theatrical dishes such as the flaming crepe suzette, and nitrogen ice lollipops with their impressive vapour cloud along with traditional favourites such as Eton mess, Bakewell tart and eclairs.
