Executive Chef Oscar Engmann gets in on the turkey action at Fuego, where the feast includes favourites from South America such as roasted sweet potato, quinoa salad, papas gratin, Brazil nuts and sultanas saffron rice, and acorn squash with muscovado drizzle. Don't miss out the dessert staple - pecan and pumpkin pie, and mince pie to end the night.

Gather round for a family-style meal at Sridan with our three-course menu including seasonal salads and a lobster bisque soup for starters, a whole roast turkey for mains with sides of roasted potatoes, mac n' cheese, and herbs and glazed honey vegetables.
