Diwali is a time of pomp, joy and endless celebrations. This year, it falls on 14 November 2020. For those of you who don’t know what Diwali or Deepavali is, it is the festival of lights, celebrated all over the world by the Hindu community. According to the legends, it is celebrated to mark the return of King Rama to the Kingdom of Ayodhya, after killing the demon king Ravana. People across the world, celebrate the occasion by lighting lamps in their houses and feasting on yummy sweets, savouries and other dishes.
