Mondrian Doha gets ready to welcome back guests starting from 1 July

Mondrian Doha, managed by leading international lifestyle hospitality group sbe, is excited to welcome back guests to its award-winning outlets, starting from 1 July 2020.

As part of phase 2 of the lifting of restrictions imposed by the government in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, Mondrian Doha will once again open doors to its highly-sought-after restaurants, while continuing to maintain the safest in hospitality standards in accordance with the Qatar Clean program initiated by the Qatar National Tourism Council and government health authorities.

Guests will be required to show a green tag code on their Ehteraz application at the entrance to the hotel as well as dining outlets as well as wear a face mask in the hotel and restaurants. While the capacity of each restaurant will be limited to 30%, a safe distance between tables will also be guaranteed and will be regularly sanitized with electrostatic sprayers. Portable hand sanitizers will also be available on all tables.

Mondrian Doha will also offer guests contactless ordering where diners can scan menus via QR codes using their own mobile phones or via regularly sanitized iPads. Service staff, along with the chefs will be wearing gloves, face masks, and face shields while servicing the outlets.

Starting from Wednesday 1 July, Morimoto Doha, the city’s outstanding Japanese restaurant will welcome back patrons to experience its artistic fusion of traditional Japanese and Western cuisine. Open daily from 6 pm to 11 pm, Morimoto Doha’s well-known Omakase, Sushi, Sashimi and it's signature creations will once again be open for those looking for the most innovative Japanese culinary art in a sophisticated and artistic space. Free home delivery and self-pickup will still be available daily from 4 pm to 11 pm.

This summer’s urban escape will be no other than Hudson Tavern. Seekers of the best hand-crafted burgers and cold brew will now be served daily from 12.30 pm to 11 pm. Free home delivery is also available across Hudson Tavern’s extensive menu items.

EllaMia, the newest addition to Mondrian Doha, and a first of its kind in the Middle East, will welcome back coffee lovers and those wanting to relax in the spacious Frozen Forest lounge or indulge in Mondrian Doha’s delectable afternoon tea. EllaMia’s selection of coffee, teas, smoothies and delicious cakes and sweets will be available from as early as 7 am till 11 pm daily. Free home delivery and self-pickup are available from 12.30 pm to 11.00 pm.

Starting from 15 July, Walima, the epitome of modern Qatari hospitality, serving authentic delicious Middle Eastern recipes with a contemporary touch will welcome back guests looking to experiences dishes and atmospheres where authenticity meets modernity. Walima will be open daily from 6 pm to 11 pm, and on Fridays and Saturdays for lunch from 12.30 pm to 3.30 pm, and from 6 pm to 11 pm for dinner. Free home delivery and self-pickup is available daily from 5 pm to 11 pm.

If you are looking for a quick drink after work, or for a relaxed evening on the best Cuban tunes, Smoke and Mirrors is also set to re-open its doors from 1st July, and will offer the essence of mixology art in town. Patrons of Doha’s hottest cigar lounge will enjoy their favourite carefully crafted cocktails daily from 6 pm to midnight and have their Havana-inspired evenings back again.
