Ho Chee Boon

Award-winning restaurant group Hakkasan will welcome Michelin-starred chef Ho Chee Boon this May for an exclusive dinner series. Taking place on Saturday 5th May at Hakkasan Doha, International Executive Chef Ho Chee Boon will serve an exclusive seven-course menu, offering guests in Doha a unique opportunity to dine on dishes created by a true expert in his field.

Hakkasan

Showcasing Chef Ho’s extensive knowledge of world-class Cantonese cuisine, highlights from the menu include Royal chicken dumpling in Chinese chive sauce with caviar, Crispy Peking duck with foie gras with homemade black sesame pancake, Roasted Chilean seabass with kumquat and Steamed mushroom lotus rice with Mongolian lamb tenderloin. The meal will finish with coconut mousse, lychee granita, coconut tapioca and coconut lime sorbet.

Moving to the US in 2012 to launch Hakkasan New York, Chef Ho was awarded a Michelin star within eight months of opening. He has since headed up all Hakkasan US openings, including San Francisco, Las Vegas and Los Angeles, as well as overseeing operations in Dubai and Mumbai. Dividing his time between Las Vegas – heading up the flagship restaurant at the iconic MGM Grand – and San Francisco, where the surrounding region offers some of the finest produce available in the US, Chef Ho is responsible for new openings and menu development around the world. His particular focus is on creating new dishes for specific locations using the finest local ingredients – something he looks forward to showcasing to guests at Hakkasan Doha in May.

The Details

The exclusive seven-course menu created by Chef Ho Chee Boon is priced at QAR 428 per person with a minimum of two guests.

It will be available at Hakkasan Doha from 7pm – 12am
