Whether you’re Lebanese or a fan of Levantine cuisine, you’ll find something to love about Le Cigalon’s newest themed night. Every Tuesday until Ramadan, Le Cigalon at La Cigale Hotel Managed by Accor, Doha is taking you to Lebanon by giving you a taste of its well-loved cuisine and warm hospitality.

Upon entering the restaurant, you’ll see an array of freshly-cooked dishes on display at the buffet section, located right by the wall-mounted aquarium filled with sea life. You can start with assorted puffs or have the chef make for you a Mini Saj or Manakish.

Le Cigalon Lebanese Night La Cigale Hotel Managed by Accor, Doha — Try these assorted hot appetizers to start your Lebanese Night.

There are various mezze and salads, including Muttabal, Tabbouleh, Hummus, Fattoush, Moussaka, Muhammara, Hindbeh, Rocca Bakleh Zaatar with Goat Cheese, Shanklish, Stuffed Grape Leaves, Balila, Fatteh and more. For the soup, you can choose between Red Lentil Soup or Chicken Oriental Soup.

But that’s not all. Once seated, you’ll also be served Kibbeh nayyeh or raw kibbeh, a quintessential Lebanese dish, along with some hot mezze right on your table. Pour in some olive oil, add spices and then bundle them up in Arabic bread. The chicken liver is also a must-try.

The friendly dining staff will also serve the freshly grilled selection of kebabs while you’re seated. They’re best devoured fast and dipped in the garlic spread. However, the buffet’s main attraction is hidden under a stainless dome cover - the Lamb with Oriental Rice! So be sure to not miss it.

Don’t forget to leave room for dessert because there’s an entire spread to satisfy your sweet tooth. Of course, the Kunafa is a crowd favorite. But you also have to try the Mouhalabieh, Znoud El Set, assorted Fried Atayeh, Awamat, Sfouf, and other Arabic sweets!
