An Australian national and veteran hotelier, Raghu has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, he acquired his people management skills in his various Food & Beverage roles within the Ritz-Carlton and JW Marriott hotels and took his expertise to run the operation as General Manager with Ritz-Carlton, starting in Shenzhen China in 2012, Bangalore India in 2014, DIFC Dubai UAE in 2017 and St Regis Doha in 2018.

Raghu has a wealth of hospitality operation experience with extensive global leadership and knowledge of luxury brands, he has demonstrated commitment to the highest standards of service excellence and successful development of many five-star hotels. As a respected and caring leader, Raghu’s invaluable insight will ensure the continued success of The Pearl island landmark and West Bay’s tallest residence tower.
