One of the favourite food stations at the Al Hubara Restaurant is the seafood station. The freshest seafood is on offer and will spoil you for life. One hardly finds a seafood station that is overflowing with the freshest and the best of the best in seafood. Believe me, when I tell you, it’s a seafood lover's heaven; one that you can dive right into.
There are tiger prawns, lobsters, crabs, mussels, scallops and oysters cooked to perfection and placed on a bed of ice to keep them fresh and moist. There is a whole row of different sauces to accompany the seafood and complement the fresh flavour that will have you hooked.
If that’s not enough, on the other side of the seafood station is the sushi section that is filled with an array of freshly made sushi and sashimi dripping with the best caviar in town and it’s a treat you won’t want to miss.
Walk through the restaurant and savour some of the tastiest and most authentic Indian cuisine in Doha at the Indian cooking station. There are crunchy poppadums, vegetable pakoras, parathas filled with a spicy potato mixture, shrimp biryani, street food, butter chicken and more.

On the other side of the kids' station, you can find the healthier options that range from fruits, mini burgers, sandwiches, chicken nuggets and French fries. Our aim is to keep the kids happy so everyone can enjoy their meal, so we even have ice cream and a face painting booth where the kids can have their faces painted just the way they want.
