As the name suggests, the place is upside down. The interior is flipped with couches and chairs hanging on the ceiling. Feels like a disaster waiting to happen but everything is completely locked in place. The fun continues after you make your order. All the cups and desserts are also served flipped upside down in special cups and mugs. It may make you a little anxious to see everything in the opposite direction but that is what creates an interesting experience. This unique place is meant to feel like a home. Two sisters envisioned this place to recreate a similar atmosphere they had when they lived in London. Their memories and experiences helped to shape the comfort they cherished. This gave a different feeling to the coffee shop than other ones. Their slogan fits the concept perfectly “your home away from home."

Walter’s Coffee Roastery

This one is for all the Breaking Bad fans out there! Walter’s is named after the famous television character Walter White who was a science teacher on the show. The interior of the roastery was made to look like a science lab with the vibrant color of yellow. Walter’s also sells the iconic yellow jumpsuits similar to the ones on the series. Of course to complete the lab theme some of the drinks are served in a flask.
