Shangri-La Hotel, Doha welcomes guests for the upcoming Chinese New Year with an array of special treats and unforgettable experiences at the hotel’s signature restaurant, Shanghai Club, from 4 to 11 February 2019.
The hotel’s Chinese restaurant, Shanghai Club, will prepare special culinary delights in honor of the Chinese New Year with a special set menu available only during the celebration period.
The set menu features Chinese specialties, such as Deep-Fried Lobster with Mayonnaise and Spicy Mango Salsa, Steamed Silver Cod with Scallions in Superior Soy Sauce in Hong Kong Style and Stir-Fried Wagyu Beef Striploin, to name a few, all cooked to perfection by Chinese Chef Chen Hann using selected ingredients that symbolize health, prosperity and good fortune.
To complete the experience, Shanghai Club will be offering the guests a chance to receive a hóngbāo (special discounted vouchers and offers), as well as a giveaway of traditional delicacies.
Shanghai Cub is located on the 43rd floor, offering breath-taking 360-degree city views and chic retro interiors. Diners can choose from two eight-course menus, priced at QAR 288 per person and QAR 388 per person.
