Ali brings more than 20 years of world-class culinary experience to AlRayyan Hotel Doha where he will oversee redesigning menus for Mezzo Restaurant, Moda Lounge, in-room dining, events and catering.
Chef Ali specializes in using the best local ingredients to showcase unique flavours from Lebanese cuisine. While Chef Ali’s main source of inspiration comes from his hometown in Lebanon, he will also focus on menu redesign, the introduction of new trends and seasonal ingredients.
“I look forward to this new opportunity to work with the talented teams at AlRayyan Hotel Doha and Mezzo Restaurant,” said Chef Ali, Executive Chef. “I am thrilled to bring my passion, creativity and signature style to Mezzo Restaurant to positively influence guests’ culinary experiences.”
Prior to joining the AlRayyan Hotel Doha, Curio Collection by the Hilton team, Chef Ali held positions at Movenpick Hotels Beirut, Hilton Habtoor Beirut Grand and many other standalone restaurants across Beirut.
