Qatar Airways has updated on their website that "Tests must be issued within 96 hours before departure, from laboratories that are approved by Qatar Airways, and paid for at the passenger's expense. Qatar Airways has added all Covid-19 test centers approved by the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) to the list of test centers approved by the airline in India. The Indian embassy also posted the link of the approved centers on their Twitter account.

According to the latest update on its website, effective 13 August, Qatar Airways will require passengers traveling from specific airports in the below countries to present a negative COVID-19 RT-PCR medical test result when checking in. This is for the safety of all passengers.
In the airlines' current network:
Upon resumption of flights to these countries:
Tests must be issued within 72 hours before departure, from laboratories that are approved by Qatar Airways, and paid for at the passenger's expense.
Those that do not have a copy of their medical test certificate alongside a consent form will not be permitted to travel on Qatar Airways flights. Children below the age of 12 years are exempt from this test if accompanied by family members that have presented a negative test result.
Only RT-PCR test results will be accepted from any of the ICMR approved list as per below link.

Some countries' immigration and health authorities require passengers to submit a passenger locator or health form prior to departure.
From 1 August, passengers traveling to Massachusetts, US must fill out a travel form ahead of departure to confirm arrangements for a 14-day quarantine or that they can produce a negative COVID-19 test result that has been administered up to 72-hours prior to arrival. Passengers traveling to Spain, Greece, and the UK must fill out a form up to 48 hours ahead of departure.
Passengers traveling to the Maldives must fill out a form up to 24 hours ahead of departure.
