Qatar Tribune posted the announcement made by the Ministry of Administrative Labour and Social Affairs during the officials meeting held in on Thursday about the expired QID holders who are temporarily restricted to enter due to coronavirus situation.
The expatriates from countries who are denied entry to Qatar over coronavirus will be allowed into the country once the entry ban is lifted even if their Qatar IDs have expired or if they have stayed more than six months out of Qatar.
The countries cover Bangladesh, China, Egypt, India, Iran, Iraq, Italy, Lebanon, Nepal, Pakistan, the Philippines, South Korea, Sri Lanka, Syria and Thailand.
