In an update on February 15 on its website, Discover Qatar announced that arrivals into Qatar from the UK, Denmark, the Netherlands and South Africa are now able to book all quarantine hotels.
Previously, arrivals into Doha on flights from the United Kingdom, Denmark, Netherlands and South Africa must have a reservation for a UK, DK, NL or ZA Exclusive Quarantine Hotel.
‘Welcome Home’ Quarantine packages can be booked up to 31 May 2021 for arrivals from countries not included in the Green List. There are currently 14 hotels on the Discover Qatar booking site.
Starting February 14, previous exemptions from hotel quarantine no longer apply for people returning back to Qatar from countries not on the green list, according to the Ministry of Public Health.
