Teachers and admin staff can apply for transfer starting March 1

The Ministry of Education and Higher Education issued a circular on 30 December 2021 saying that the third booster dose of COVID-19 vaccine (Pfizer and Moderna) will be provided to all eligible educational and administrative staff and students in public and private schools without a prior appointment in all health centres.

“We kindly ask you to inform school staff and students 12-year-old and above to take the booster dose of the Covid-19 vaccine by going to any health centre without a prior appointment, as soon as they are eligible to receive it,” ministry said in the circular send to schools.
"This is important in providing a safe study environment for our students, and in coordination with the Primary Health Care Corporation to combat the spread of the coronavirus," it added.
