PHCC launches medical consulting service by phone

Primary Health Care Corporation (PHCC) launched a medical consulting service via phone.

This comes within the framework of the State of Qatar's efforts to confront and limit the spread of the coronavirus (Covid-19) and preventive precautions to preserve public health.

PHCC launched the consulting services to continuously provide services in health centers for all patients whose pre-dates were cancelled in some specialties, especially follow-up appointments for pregnant women, cancer patients, chronic disease patients, and the elderly who will have priority and according to the dates previously set.

Through the telephone medical consultations service, the patient will receive a reminder text message 24 hours before the appointment, and the next day the doctor will contact him by phone to provide the required medical service to reduce the number of patients inside the health centers as much as possible.
