In a Tweet, the Ministry of Public Health (MoPH) announced that from Sunday 13 June 2021 the Lusail and Al Wakra COVID-19 drive-through vaccination centers will operate 04:00 pm to midnight every day.

The Ministry said that this was because the temperatures are continuing to rise as Qatar approaches the peak summer months and the last entry would be at 11:00 pm.
As per the Ministry, by limiting the operating hours to the late afternoons and evenings, members of the public using the drive-through centers will be able to enjoy the best possible user experience, while the wellbeing of all staff will also be maintained.
MoPH also mentioned that the Centers administer second doses only, and to date more than 302,000 people have benefitted from easy access to vaccines at the Lusail and Al Wakra Drive-Through Vaccination Centers.
