The Ministry of Education and Higher Education has confirmed that all precautionary measures will be taken in secondary school exams for religious institute students that are taking place these days for the academic year 2019/2020.

The Ministry said that 48 students had been distributed to (6) committees by (8) students in each committee, in addition to allocating places to wait for students before the start of the exam with the same committees mechanism, in implementation of the procedures for physical distancing among students.

The tests are set to continue until May 14, according to schedule, to stop and resume from June 1 to 13

The Ministry indicated that the tests are carried out according to the plan laid down in the testing committees with ease , and reiterated that in implementation of its instructions in this regard where the religious institute administration has taken all precautionary measures and procedures to ensure that the process of the end of the second semester of the institutes secondary certificate is carried out in safety and smoothness, including Sterilization of the headquarters of the test committees, in order to preserve the health and safety of students and invigilators.

The Institute's management also communicated online with all invigilators, students and their guardians, where everyone was provided with safety and security procedures and requirements during tests and within committees.

The Ministry of Education has called on school Principals and parents to create an enabling school and home environment to meet all student requirements in an optimal way in these exceptional circumstances.

The Ministry urged the students to adhere to the precautionary school system, regulations, directives and guidelines, indicating that the testing process will proceed according to the plans and timetable drawn for it.
