Qatar authorities have confirmed that those who have obtained Covishield Vaccine in India are eligible for quarantine exemption at the time of entry into Qatar, according to the Indian Embassy in Qatar. Passengers should have obtained 2 doses, completed 14 days after the 2nd dose, and carry the Vaccine certificate, the Embassy posted on its official Twitter account.
As per the new advisory by Qatar authorities, with effect from 25 April 2021, passengers traveling to Qatar are required to carry a negative Covid-19 RT-PCR test certificate from an accredited lab done within 72 hours of the time of arrival.
