With the Phase-3 of the lifting of the coronavirus restrictions in Qatar already in place, here are the latest updated weekly trends in terms of recoveries, new cases and deaths related to the current situation.
From 287 new confirmed cases reported on 6 August, the numbers had seen a spike in cases on 11 August at 384. The lowest number of cases was recorded on 8 August at 267. On 13 August, the numbers increased to 345, at the end of the week.
From 292 recoveries from the coronavirus (COVID-19) on 6 August, the numbers saw spike the consecutive day, before decreasing to 271 on 9 August, and increasing to 331 on 11 August. The number of recoveries saw a good increase towards the end of the week on 13 August at 330.
From 0 deaths recorded at the start of the week on 6 August, the number of deaths recorded was 2 for the next three consecutive days. The number of deaths saw a sharp spike on 10 August at 4, before reducing to 0 on the next day. The last day of the week, 13 August, saw no deaths reported.
