With our entrance into Phase 4 of the lifting of the coronavirus restrictions in Qatar, here are the latest updated weekly trends in terms of recoveries, new cases and deaths related to the current situation.
From 214 new confirmed cases reported on 3 September, the numbers have steadily increased on the consecutive 4 days and were at 253 on 7 September. Following this, the numbers decreased to 231 on 8 September and were at 231 and 267 on 8 September and 9 September respectively. This week has seen a steady graph, with no spikes or a rapid drop in the number of new cases for the rest of the week. The numbers recorded on 10 September were at 206, at the end of the week.
From 202 recoveries from the coronavirus (COVID-19) on 3 September, the numbers increased to 225 and 242 for the next 2 consecutive days, before decreasing to 218 on 6 September. Following this, the numbers saw a steady increase and were at 256 on 8 September. Following this, the number of recoveries saw a decreasing trend and stood at 232 on 10 September, towards the end of the week.
From 2 deaths recorded on 3 September, no deaths were recorded on 4 September. Following this, 1 death was recorded on both 5 and 6 September, followed by 2 deaths on 7 September. The last three days of the week saw no deaths, on 8, 9 and 10 September respectively.
