Did you know that this week saw 2 fewer deaths than last week and the maximum recoveries in a day were 274 while 205 was the least number of newly infected cases? We are in the second part of Phase 4 of the lifting of the coronavirus restrictions in Qatar and here are the latest updated weekly trends in terms of recoveries, new cases and deaths related to the current situation.
From 252 new confirmed cases reported on 22 October, the numbers have decreased to 249 the next day, after which it increased to 254 on 24 October. The next day, 25 October, saw 205 new cases, followed by 262 and 257 on the next two consecutive days, before decreasing to 250 on 28 October and 211 on 29 October, towards the end of the week.
From 235 recoveries from the coronavirus (COVID-19) on 22 October, the numbers saw an increase on the next day at 271, following which it decreased to 269, before decreasing to 231 on 25 October. The number of recoveries then saw a spike at 244 recoveries recorded on 26 October and stood at 274 and 267 on the next two consecutive days, before decreasing to 240 on 29 October on Thursday.
This week saw 6 deaths in total, 2 less than the previous week. 3 deaths were recorded on 22 October and one each were recorded on 23, 25 and 29 October respectively.
