After the recent update of the EHTERAZ app (version 5.1 for iOS; version 8.0.3 for Android) this June 2020, many users have reported that instead of the normal color-coded QR code, a question mark was showing on the health status page of their app. This worried users since the EHTERAZ app is mandatory and part of the entry requirements for a lot of establishments in the country like supermarkets, malls, banks, parks, and government service centers.
